Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These are the rules for using FlipDoe. We wrote them in plain English so they're easy to follow.
Using FlipDoe
- You must be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live to buy or sell.
- Keep your sign-in private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Give accurate information about yourself and your store.
Listing items
- Only list items you own and have the right to sell.
- Describe items honestly, including condition, flaws and, for parts, what they fit.
- Use your own photos.
- Don't list anything that's illegal to sell, stolen, counterfeit or recalled.
- AI fill and Write with AI are helpers. Check what they write before you publish. You're responsible for your listing.
Buying and payments
Checkout isn't open on FlipDoe yet. When it is, these terms will be updated to cover payments, shipping, returns and refunds before anyone is charged.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos and listings. By posting them, you let FlipDoe show them on the site, in search results and in link previews so buyers can find your items.
When we step in
We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms or put buyers, sellers or FlipDoe at risk. When we remove a listing, its seller can see the reason.
The fine print
FlipDoe is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Sellers are responsible for the items they list. To the extent the law allows, FlipDoe isn't liable for indirect losses that come from using the site.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use FlipDoe after a change means you accept the new terms.
