Privacy Policy

• Your account: your email address, your password (stored scrambled, never in plain text), and your store name.
• Your listings: photos, titles, prices, descriptions and item details. These are public once you publish them.
• Your private notes: what you paid, bin locations and lots. Only you can see these. Buyers never do.
• Drafts on your phone: an unfinished listing is kept in your own browser so you don't lose it. It stays on your device and is cleared when you publish or save the draft.
• How the site is used: pages viewed, searches, saves and shares, with a random ID stored in your browser. We don't store your IP address. If you're signed in, visits are linked to your account so we can see which sellers are active.

• To run FlipDoe: show listings, let you sell, and keep your account secure.
• To make the site better, like finding searches that return no results.
• To keep FlipDoe safe, like removing listings or accounts that break our Terms.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers. We share only what's needed with services that help run FlipDoe:

• Supabase stores accounts, listings and photos.
• Google (Gemini AI) receives your photos and text when you choose AI fill or Write with AI.
• Lookup services receive the number you scan or type: Open Library (books), MusicBrainz (music), NHTSA (VINs), UPCitemdb and Open Food Facts (product barcodes). They don't receive your name or email.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

• You can edit or delete your listings at any time from your store.
• You can ask us to delete your account and the information tied to it.
• You can clear FlipDoe's data from your browser at any time in your browser settings.

FlipDoe isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will be announced on the site.
